Named after the ukiyo-e artist Kuniyoshi, this tokubetsu junmai uses Miyama Nishiki rice polished to 55% and registers a sake meter value of +9, making it the brewery's driest pure-rice offering. Sharp acidity and a clean, assertive finish characterize this Asahikawa-brewed expression.
