使用山田錦、不添加釀造酒精以純米釀製的大盃定番酒。即使精米度70%也呈現出淡麗舒適的辛口風格,米的鮮味與溫和酸味的平衡堪稱出色。元祿創業的牧野酒造不使用任何蒸餾技術所表現的,樸實而不易飲膩的純粹米鮮味。

群馬縣
元祿3年(1690年),初代長兵衛開始釀造日本酒,江戶時代歷代以「長盛」為品牌名。當幕府勘定奉行小栗上野介赴美歸國後,先祖舉杯慶賀,以大盃相迎,遂將酒名更改為「大盃」,延續至今。
