A nama junmai ginjo made from Omachi rice polished to 50%, bottled without filtration or water adjustment. The inherent backbone of Omachi rice produces a sake with layered sweetness, bright acidity, and a clean finish, all presented in the Okunokami label's all-unfiltered style.
