本家松浦酒造場創立於文化元年(1804年),是德島縣歷史最悠久的釀酒廠,逾200年來沿著司馬遼太郎著作《街道漫步》中所寫的「偷盜公路」旁持續釀造清酒。酒造以在鳴門海峽激流中暢游的鳴門鯛為意象,釀造出如其品名所寄託——「優雅而鮮美」的濃醇清酒。在傳統的基礎上積極引入新技術與新思維,屢獲殊榮,斬獲國際葡萄酒挑戰賽清酒部門最高金獎及KURAMASTER 2019鉑金獎等多項國際大獎。
