Junmai daiginjo from Asahi-Shuzo Sake Brewing in Niigata, produced under the Koyuu label through a limited distribution network of select retailers connected to the brewery. Made from contract-cultivated Gohyakumangoku rice polished beyond the normal limits for that variety, it delivers Niigata's signature dry, clean profile with refined umami and settled, transparent aromas.
