Rice polished to 60% is pressed and bottled fresh as a shiboritate namazake from this Hiroshima Saijo brewery, with no filtration, pasteurization, or dilution applied. The unprocessed ginjo retains the brightness and youthful character of new-season sake alongside the brewery's clean, dry house style.
