Description
Junmai daiginjo from Toyama Prefecture, brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 45% and no added alcohol. Toyama sake is shaped by Northern Alps snowmelt water, some of the softest brewing water in Japan, which gives the region's premium grades a clean, mellow, well-integrated character.
