This junmai sparkling nigori namazake from Zuikan in Hiroshima is a lively, effervescent expression with fine carbonation from natural in-bottle fermentation and a creamy texture from suspended rice sediment. The subtle fizz stimulates the palate while the unfiltered, unpasteurized nature preserves fresh, immediate rice character. Produced as a seasonal limited release.
