Brewed at a Nagasaki brewery founded in 1839, this honjozo is polished to 70% and brewed with Kumamoto yeast to achieve a straightforward, satisfying flavor designed to pair broadly with food. Low-temperature, slow fermentation gives it a mild character that works from chilled to warm.
