Hizoshu Ichikyukyuzero Jozo Chokijozo Ginjogenshu is a long-aged ginjo genshu from Sankan Shuzo in Okayama, brewed in 1990 and cellared for extended maturation, using Omachi polished to 48%. Omachi is Okayama's legendary heritage sake rice, and decades of aging in the cellar have deepened its naturally full-bodied character.

本酒造自江戶時代1806年起,在倉敷島(現岡山縣倉敷市兒島)從事釀造業。兒島自古便是纖維產業繁榮之地,有「纖維之島」之稱,牛仔布、校服和榻榻米等各類纖維工廠雲集。這裡也是日本年日照時間最長、降雨最少的「晴天之國」岡山,但因受中國山地影響,水資源依然豐富。酒造以一級河川高梁川的水源釀酒,所用米全部來自倉敷市,以醇厚乾辣、百喝不厭的口感,釀造深受當地喜愛的地酒。
