Hiran Classic is a Nagasaki Prefecture-limited release from Mori Shuzojo in Hirado, brewed using the traditional sokujo method, the brewery's speed-fermentation origin point that predates its current all-kimoto approach. The aroma opens with blue melon and mineral notes alongside hints of white peach, yogurt whey, and fresh cream, with rounded sweetness supported by fine-grained acidity and a savory finish.
