Tokusenhonjozo from Suzuki Shuzo in Iwatsuki, Saitama, brewed with Miyama Nishiki polished to 60%. The brewery uses groundwater from the Chichibu water system, a soft, gentle source that contributes to the clean mouthfeel and balanced character of this everyday honjozo.
