英君酒造於1881年(明治14年)創立於靜岡縣由比,品牌名稱源自明治時代退居駿府的第15代將軍慶喜。酒造歷經三代後由其妻政子堅持守護,現在專門使用靜岡縣自主研發的酵母釀造純米酒,以酒藏內湧出的泉水精心釀製。追求不以甜辣酸欺瞞感官的清爽自然風味,力求成為與料理相輔相成、互相襯托的美酒。
