Description

Choyofukumusume Ginjo from Iwasaki Shuzo in Yamaguchi is brewed with rice polished to at least 60%, fermented at low temperatures using select yeast strains to develop the signature fruity, fragrant ginjo character. The sake balances light, floral aromatics with the clean mineral quality of Yamaguchi's natural water.
