Natsujungin is Arisawa's summer-release Junmai Ginjo, brewed with Matsuyama Mii rice polished to 50% and designed for warm-weather drinking with a lighter, refreshing character. The Kochi brewery's skill in producing clean acidity without heaviness makes this an unusually crisp summer expression.
