這是一款以高知縣原創適釀米「吟之夢」釀造的純米吟釀酒,僅在新酒季節限量發售的生酒。原料米「吟之夢」是高知縣培育的首款適釀米,品種開發過程中,釀造試驗由高知縣農業技術中心負責,在多方探索中孕育出了多彩的土佐酒造文化。商品名「高育54號」取自原料米「吟之夢」育成過程中的試驗編號「高育酒54號」。這款酒以犀利的酸味和生酒般飽滿有力的口感為特徵,充分擴散於口中的鮮味與恰到好處的收斂酸味,充分體現了「土佐生酒」的個性。僅在春季新酒時節才能品嚐到……
