When starting to make sake, search for water that fits sake and hold the store beside the Kamizawa River. The sake, which was born in the study, named him "Masayuki" to the local manditrd Masayuki, a local manditrine who lived honestly, even against the times. After a century, we are aiming for a sake that does not get tired of drinking, with the five flavors of sweet, spicy, bitter, astringency, and acid in harmony with the elegant and refreshing incense.
