使用從櫻花(河津櫻)中分離出的酵母釀製。將酵母一同裝瓶,在瓶內進行二次發酵,造就了這款天然起泡酒。甜味與酸味是其特色,適合搭配異國料理、辛辣食物以及冰淇淋、巧克力等甜點。
