Yumegokoro Honjozo Namachozoshu - Honjozo sake from Yumegokoro Shuzo Co.,Ltd, Fukushima
Description

Brewed from Fukuoka-grown rice polished to 70%, this honjozo is pasteurized once and then stored raw, giving it the lively, fresh character of a namazake with the stability of a fire-entered product. The namachozoshu process preserves a crisp, vibrant edge that sets it apart from fully heat-treated versions. Cold-chain storage throughout production keeps the profile clean and lively.
