Futsuushu (table sake) from the Aizu Kinjirushi label of Yumegokoro Shuzo in Kitakata, Fukushima, at approximately 70% polish. The brand won the IWC 2015 Trophy in the futsuushu category, recognized for its smoothly approachable character brewed with Iide mountain spring water and locally oriented ingredients.
