A non-designated sake from Yumegokoro Shuzo in Kitakata, Fukushima, made with rice from Fukuoka polished to 70%. The brewery's flagship Aizu Kinjirushi line won the IWC 2015 Trophy in the futsuushu category, demonstrating the brewery's attention to quality even at its accessible everyday grade.
