Description

Dry junmai blending Oyama Nishiki and Omachi rice, both polished to 60%, from the Takenosono label in Kashima, Saga. The Kimpaku name evokes gold leaf, and the combination of two heritage rice varieties brings layered grain character to a clean, food-friendly finish.
