Takenosono Josen is a standard-grade expression from Yano Shuzo in Saga, produced at a brewery founded in 1796 and currently run by the ninth-generation owner-brewer. The Takenosono label aims for supple, dry sake that stands apart from the rich, sweet styles Saga is typically known for.
