Hizenkuragokoro Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku from Yano Shuzo in Saga's Kashima uses Gohyakumangoku rice at 55% polish. Green apple aromas on the nose give way to a transparent, gently sweet-tart palate with pear notes in the mid-palate and a firm, clean finish at 15% alcohol.
