Takenosono Goen from Yano Shuzo in Saga is brewed from locally grown Yumedeshizuku rice using a kimoto-style natural lactic fermentation, bottled as an unfiltered junmai. Mild melon aroma introduces a robust, bone-dry palate with assertive acidity and a clean, appetite-stimulating finish.
