Description

Shussejo Tokubetsu Junmaishu Tomifuji is a tokubetsu junmai from Hamamatsu Shuzo in Shizuoka using Tomifuji, a rice variety connected to Shizuoka's local agricultural identity and the prefecture's ongoing effort to develop sake-specific rice. The Tenjingura brewery, established in 1871, uses Shizuoka yeast alongside regionally grown rice to maintain an all-Shizuoka origin profile. The tokubetsu designation reflects the use of a specific rice variety that distinguishes it from standard junmai.
