Description

Shussejo Tokubetsu Junmai Hatsushibori Nama is the unpasteurized version of the first-press seasonal tokubetsu junmai from Hamamatsu Shuzo in Shizuoka, capturing the rawest, most vital state of the new batch directly from the press. Releasing hatsushibori as nama preserves every nuance of the fresh Shizuoka yeast fermentation without heat intervention. The brewery, founded in 1871, sources Homarefuji rice and uses native prefectural yeasts to deliver a vibrant, crisp new-season sake.
