Description

Uraraka Junmai Ginjo Muroka Nama is an unfiltered, unpasteurized junmai ginjo from Hamamatsu Shuzo in Shizuoka, where the name Uraraka (bright and tranquil) suggests a warm, clear-sky serenity. Muroka (no carbon filtration) retains the natural color and fuller flavor compounds of the sake, while nama (unpasteurized) preserves the lively, yeast-fresh character that heat treatment would alter. Produced at the Tenjingura brewery, founded in 1871, with Shizuoka yeast and regionally grown rice.
