Description

A daiginjo muroka genshu from the Shirakabegura in Nada, brewed with Gohyakumangoku polished to 50% and bottled without filtration or dilution. The unfiltered, undiluted treatment gives apple-like fresh ginjo aromas alongside a mellow, full body.
