"Shirakabe Zuzo" is a brewery with a new facility that reproduces the traditional handmade principle, and in contrast to it, the sake brewing that mostly performs most of them, and both of them, and mainly the delicate process. We manufacture mainly pure rice sake and Ginjo sake made throughout.
