Description

A tokubetsu honjozo brewed at the Shirakabegura in Nada, Hyogo, combining the added alcohol of honjozo production with the careful small-batch approach of the Shirakabegura line. Nada's Miyamizu water contributes a firm mineral backbone to the clean, dry profile.
