Description
Sansha Noko Karakuchi Junmai Genshu Muku Junmai is an undiluted, full-bodied dry junmai from Harada Brewery in Takayama, Gifu, brewed to express both concentrated rice richness (noko) and assertive dryness (karakuchi). Bottled at genshu strength without water addition, it delivers a robust flavor profile with natural umami and a sharp, dry finish characteristic of the Hida style. The brewery uses locally grown Hida region rice and mountain spring water from the Takayama basin.
