Sansha Muroka Jukusei Ginjo Genshu Jukugin - Ginjo sake from Harada Brewery Co.,Ltd, Gifu
Description

Sansha Muroka Jukusei Ginjo Genshu Jukugin is an unfiltered, undiluted ginjo matured in Harada Brewery's storehouse in Hida Takayama, developing a rich amber color and deep, layered complexity from extended aging. Bottled without charcoal filtration, it retains the natural color and full concentration of maturation, offering an umami-forward profile with a mellow, warming quality from the undiluted alcohol. This sake sits within the brewery's Jukugin (Matured Gin) aged-sake series.
