Description
Notoji Honjikomi is a honjozo-style sake from Kuze Shuzo, where a small amount of distilled alcohol is added at pressing to lift fragrance and sharpen the profile. Brewed with the estate's Choseimai rice and hard house water, it offers a fresh, clean nose with a light, dry body and a satisfying cut that complements food well at any temperature.
