Notoji Junmai Daiginjo is an all-rice daiginjo from Kuze Shuzo, combining the prestige of the daiginjo grade with the purity of the junmai designation to produce a sake free of added alcohol. Brewed in Ishikawa Prefecture with estate-grown Choseimai rice and hard well water, it presents a delicate fruity aroma, silky texture, and an exceptionally clean, lingering finish.
