Description
Nigorimuroahonnama Junmai Ginjo from Inoue Shuzo in Tochigi is a cloudy, unfiltered, unpasteurized junmai ginjo in which rice solids remain in suspension, contributing a soft, creamy texture alongside the floral and fruity aromatics of the ginjo grade. The honnama raw treatment preserves the fresh, uncooked vitality of the sake, while muroka confirms no charcoal filtration has been applied. The nigori format softens the typical ginjo brightness with a rounded, lactic richness.

Igaya Shuzoten Co.,Ltd.
Nagano
From ordinary sake to Daiginjo, we consistently make sake in the same process. Limited water absorption and small -crew, etc. are all the customer's "delicious", so the sake is put in the sake of the brewer.
