Kusugiku Zanshin Omachi 60 is a special pure rice sake from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka, brewed with Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture polished to 60% under the Zanshin label. Omachi, one of Japan's oldest sake rice varieties, contributes a calm and complex umami in contrast to Yamadanishiki's floral profile, and this sake won a platinum award at the French Kura Master competition.
