Description

Kusugiku Junmaishu is a pure rice sake from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka, brewed with no added alcohol using locally sourced rice and hard mineral water from the Imagawa River at the foot of Mount Hikosan. The sake delivers the brewery's hallmark assertive, dry character with a satisfying umami backbone suited to warming and pairing with substantial food.
