Description
Kusugiku Junmai Ginjo is a pure rice ginjo from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka, made with Omachi rice polished to 55% and the mineral-rich groundwater from the Imagawa River watershed. Omachi's characteristic deep umami and rich texture distinguish this sake from Yamadanishiki-based ginjo, giving it a full-bodied, food-compatible elegance.
