Kusugiku Junmai Daiginjo is the prestige pure rice expression from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka, crafted from 100% Fukuoka-grown Yamadanishiki polished to 45%. Extended low-temperature fermentation produces a fragrant, elegant sake with complex fruity aromas and a refined, clean finish that has been served on JR Kyushu's luxury cruise train Seven Stars.
