Honjozo brewed from Hida Homare milled to 65% under the Hida no Yamagirl label from Hirase Shuzo in Takayama, Gifu. The brewery uses ultra-soft Northern Alps subterranean water to produce a smooth, lightly structured honjozo suited to everyday drinking.
