Description

Tokubetsu honjozo genshu (undiluted) milled to 60% from Hida Minori rice, fermented to extreme dryness at a sake meter value of +15 and 20% ABV. The super-dry profile carries clean, brisk acidity alongside the concentrated umami of undiluted sake, best served chilled or on the rocks.
