Description

Tokubetsu honjozo Tokusen from Hida Homare milled to 55%, brewed by Hirase Shuzo in Takayama, Gifu. Winner of a Gold Medal in the nurukan (warm sake) category at the 2018 and 2016 Zenkoku Kanzake Contests, it is built for warming, with the rich Hida Homare character emerging fully at moderate temperatures.
