Koshinohomare Tokubetsu Junmai Irodori was launched to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Hara Shuzo, founded in 1814, representing a new generation of the Koshinohomare brand. It is made with contract-grown Takanenishiki rice from Niigata prefecture and aims to maximize the natural umami of rice while achieving a clean, balanced finish. The sake showcases the brewery's philosophy of using locally sourced ingredients and in-house precision milling.
