Koshinohomare Junmai Muroka Nama Genshu "90 Blue" - Junmai sake from Hara Shuzo Co.,Ltd
Description

Made from rice milled to only 90 percent, an unusually minimal polish for sake, this muroka nama genshu carries aromas of peach, cheesecake, honey yogurt and tangerine. It drinks zesty, bright and crisp, with an elevated acidity offsetting a gentle rice forward sweetness of finger lime, white peach and egg custard.
