Brewed in Niigata with Takane Nishiki rice polished to 50 percent, this muroka nama genshu junmai reaches 13 percent alcohol as a low alcohol spring release. It shows refreshing aromas of muscat and blackberry, with balanced sweetness and acidity giving mouthwatering flavors of pineapple and white peach.
