Koshinohomare Junmai Daiginjo Hizosyu Morohaku

🍶
Description

Koshinohomare Junmai Daiginjo Hizoshu Morohaku is a cellar-aged junmai daiginjo from Hara Shuzo, bottled as a morohaku style in which both the koji rice and the kake rice are premium sake rice varieties polished to the same high degree. Extended aging under controlled conditions adds depth and smoothness to the already refined daiginjo character, rooted in Niigata's tradition of soft-water, clean-style sake.
