Junmai brewed from Gohyakumangoku rice at Yoshino Shuzo in Chiba, a brewery in continuous operation since 1830. The pure rice sake has won multiple awards at the Nanbu-toji Jikijo Seishu Kankyo-kai and the Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau's junmai warm-sake category, recognized for its clean, lightly full-bodied character with good acidity.

Yoshino Sake Brewery was founded in the late Edo period during the Tempo period (1830). The motto is "make good sake with a good environment". It uses clear natural water that springs out of the vast private land, and inherits traditional sake brewing. A regular winner of the Gold Award. Recently famous as a TV location.
