Description

Ginjo brewed from Gohyakumangoku rice at Yoshino Shuzo in Chiba, presented under the Tsuyushigure label. The Gohyakumangoku rice's clean dissolution in the mash and the brewery's soft spring water combine for the light, polished style that has defined the Koshigoi brand for nearly two centuries.

Yoshino Sake Brewery was founded in the late Edo period during the Tempo period (1830). The motto is "make good sake with a good environment". It uses clear natural water that springs out of the vast private land, and inherits traditional sake brewing. A regular winner of the Gold Award. Recently famous as a TV location.
