Suisho (crystal) table sake from the Koshifurui line of Yoshino Shuzo in Chiba, brewed with Koshihikari rice and soft mountain spring water. The Sakenomy database notes a sake degree of +3.5, consistent with the brewery's mildly dry, food-friendly profile.

Yoshino Sake Brewery was founded in the late Edo period during the Tempo period (1830).
The motto is "make good sake with a good environment". It uses clear natural water that springs out of the vast private land, and inherits traditional sake brewing. A regular winner of the Gold Award. Recently famous as a TV location.
